Michael Suh and Nicole Germack were arrested by Newark, Del., police officers Saturday night after they were spotted having sex on the roof of a local Chipotle.

The officer that found them told the couple to stop but they reportedly continued for another 15-20 seconds before stopping. Both were charged with Resisting Arrest, Lewdness, Indecent Exposure, Loitering and Conspiracy.
Interestingly, only two blocks down street, a similar incident happened on St. Patrick's Day in a Dunkin' Donuts parking lot.
